Massage Treatments start from £35 per session depending on Location.
Your first treatment will include a Consultation and brief Health Questionnaire to inform me of general health information as well as details of any illnesses or surgery. The information given is strictly confidential and enables me to assess the most appropriate and beneficial form of treatment for you.
I use a professional massage couch and high quality oils suitable for all skin types. It is extremely important that you feel relaxed and comfortable at all times. Clothing is only removed where necessary and towels cover areas of the body that are not being worked on.
After the treatment I may recommend some suitable exercises/stretches as an action plan for particular problem areas. You may feel a little sore for a couple of days depending on techniques used, after which you should feel the full benefits of the treatment.
